U.S. Forces Destroy an Iranian-Affiliated Boat

U.S. forces destroyed an Iranian-affiliated boat on October 6 that was conducting surveillance and targeting U.S. Navy ships in the Gulf of Oman. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has targeted thousands of civilian mariners in regional waters over the past seven months, in addition to U.S. Navy ships, according to CENTCOM. Crew members were safely removed prior to the destruction.
