Transcript [00:00] What if you've been building your life [00:01] around something that was never meant to [00:03] last? We spend so much of our lives [00:06] chasing security, a career, a home, [00:09] success, the approval of others. But [00:12] every year, Sukkot reminds [music] us of [00:14] a truth that is easy to forget. The [00:17] temporary shelters of Sukkot remind us [00:19] that just as Israel lived in tents on [00:22] their journey, we're only passing [00:24] through this one. Everything we see [00:26] today will one day pass away. But one [00:29] thing never will, our relationship with [00:31] God. That's why Yeshua didn't just come [00:34] to improve this life. He came to give us [00:37] eternal life, a kingdom that cannot be [00:39] shaken, a home that will never fade. So, [00:43] invest [music] [00:43] in what lasts. Know God through his [00:46] word, spend time in his presence, love [00:49] people well, use [music] the gifts he [00:51] has given you to strengthen the body of [00:53] believers. Because when this world is [00:56] gone, the only treasures you'll still [00:58] have are the ones you invested [music] [01:00] in eternity. And that's exactly what [01:03] Sukkot invites us to remember. See your [01:06] life through the lenses of eternity. [01:09] Hey, thank you for following us and [01:11] thank you for sharing. Shalom.
Just as the Israelites lived in tents on their journey, we're only passing through this world.
Everything you see today will one day fade away. But one thing never will: your relationship with God.
Sukkot invites us to remember to see our lives through the lens of eternity.
This is the final day of our 7-part journey through the Feast of Tabernacles. Thank you for walking every step with us!
