There's [10:44] always something happening, always [10:46] something to give thanks for. Thank him [10:49] for the beautiful rain. That was a [10:51] really beautiful downpour. He definitely [10:54] refreshed this weary inheritance. [10:57] So, and he's it's good this year. He's [10:59] doing it the right way. Just little bits [11:01] at a time so the ground can get nice and [11:03] soft before the heavy rains come and we [11:05] don't have floods. So, hallelujah. [11:10] Well, today um I just wanted to start [11:13] off by saying that or for those of you [11:16] that are touring and you're here, you'll [11:17] know that yesterday was our national [11:20] what has become a national memorial day [11:22] for the events of October 7. Uh this is [11:26] going to be a regular every uh annual uh [11:29] memorial, but I think they're going to [11:31] work on the Hebrew calendar, so the [11:34] dates will change. Uh but anyway, I [11:36] watched some of it on the television [11:38] yesterday and it was very deeply moving [11:41] and touching and it had the same mood as [11:45] Yam Hashawa, the Holocaust Day and [11:47] Yamhazikan, the memorial day for our [11:50] soldiers and fallen terror victims. But [11:54] it brought back again the enormity and [11:58] the of the event and the deep deep pain [12:01] and loss that we as a people in a nation [12:05] still carry. But God is at work in the [12:10] midst of this. [12:12] So, uh, yeah, it seems that with what [12:16] happened last week, that evil, which is [12:19] growing rapidly every day, escalating [12:24] like a snowball, can't be stopped, is [12:26] not just earthbound now, it's skybound. [12:30] And that's a scary thing. But it really [12:33] was a miracle [12:35] uh what happened. And uh God is working [12:40] um with his people whether in the air or [12:44] um on the ground. Uh yeah. So this [12:50] miracle uh made a clear statement. I [12:53] think we could all agree that he is with [12:55] his people even at 30,000 ft above in [12:59] the clouds and in the skies. [13:01] And I think we could all agree too that [13:03] there's going to be many more miracles [13:06] in the days ahead because we're going to [13:08] need them. I think we prayed about all [13:10] of that last week as well. [13:13] Uh and how could we have handled another [13:17] disaster and loss like that and and [13:20] right on [13:22] almost the Memorial Day. Of course, [13:24] that's what it was planned how it was [13:26] planned to work, but [13:28] divine intervention. Absolutely nothing [13:31] less less than that. And the verse in [13:34] Deuteronomy 33 that I think most of us [13:38] read read in the Torah portion for last [13:40] week which was specifically for Sukkot [13:44] um particularly in verse 26 where it [13:47] says who is like you the God of Yeshiran [13:49] or Israel who rides the clouds. [13:52] >> Amen. to help you. That literally became [13:55] a reality. That is really a wow wow [13:58] moment, a wow thing to for us all to [14:01] grab onto that God is beginning to truly [14:05] manifest the power, the incredible power [14:09] of his word in the midst of our people [14:11] and with us. we have some strength and [14:14] hope to carry on in the days ahead and [14:17] to face what we will need to face [14:18] because everything is just it's like [14:21] almost something's waiting there to [14:23] happen. You can you can feel it. So we [14:26] need to be ready. [14:28] Uh but we've got a lot to be thankful [14:30] for. And that's how I thought [48:32] about he looked down and saw that plane [48:35] and he said, "Oh no, they're already [48:36] mine. I've already they're I've already [48:39] covenanted to that people. They're mine [48:42] already. I can't let them be lost." And [48:45] he he sent more than any person could [48:49] any man could ever understand what was [48:52] sent to rescue that people this week. [53:24] It's got a very derogatory sort of [53:27] hatred undertone. But I noticed a change [53:31] this week. Not not from them, but from [53:34] the ones that I only heard. And that was [53:36] even our news broadcasters on main world [53:40] channels like CNN, Sky, and Fox. Not so [53:43] much Fox, but those other big um TV [53:47] stations. [53:48] All of a sudden it was the Israelis. [53:52] Oh, they did this but and but the [53:54] Israelis did that. [53:56] God is making a statement. He really is. [54:00] And I really believe that will increase. [54:03] And I was reminded when I was when I [54:05] heard that change of tone, I was [54:08] thinking about the scripture that also [54:10] in Exodus Pam that says uh the more we [54:16] were afflicted or the more we were [54:17] persecuted, [54:19] the more we grew and multiplied. But uh if [70:56] we look around on some of the social [70:58] medias, maybe some of you have picked it [71:00] up that a lot of not a lot, a select [71:04] number it seems of our music artists [71:07] here in the land [71:09] who have had a spiritual awakening since [71:13] October 7 and have turned back to some [71:17] form of um Jewish tradition, whether it [71:22] be seits or a kipar. or going to the [71:25] synagogue, keeping Shabbat, whatever. [71:27] They they see that as a form of of [71:30] getting reconnected with God, whereas [71:31] before there was nothing. It was just [71:33] dead. They didn't care. But there's one [71:37] young man, he's um very popular music [71:40] artist here in the land called Benzur. [71:43] You've probably heard of him, Colleen. [71:45] No. Okay. He's very young. He had a [71:48] really amazing encounter and turnaround [71:51] spiritual awakening uh on October 7 and [71:55] he realized as he started singing his [71:56] songs that uh he started taking them to [71:59] um the army to the different bases [72:03] uh to the people that were suffering, [72:05] families of uh people that had lost uh [72:09] loved ones in the event and the horror [72:12] and they started coming back to him, [72:14] writing back to him or telling them at [72:16] the end of his time there that I feel [72:19] soothed. I feel comforted. I feel [72:22] strengthened. You You've made me feel [72:25] warm in my heart. You've something [72:27] happened when you sung the songs. And a [72:31] lot of his songs is genre is Israeli [72:35] pop, I think, or some pop something. But [72:38] he also sings very soulsearching songs, [72:41] faith-based songs because he totally and [72:45] absolutely now is looking upward toward [72:49] the God of Israel. And there was a [72:52] concert in Casaria a couple of months [72:54] ago. He he did this. This is what I [72:56] discovered on the social media. And it [73:00] was incredible. uh of all ages from [73:03] about [73:04] 8 n year olds to 30 and in between and [73:08] above secular young religious [73:13] uh even I think a very religious were [73:16] there even some atheists I heard were [73:19] there just because of who he was not for [73:22] the atheists maybe not so much for what [73:23] he was singing but most of his songs [73:26] include something that pertains or [73:29] relates to God the God of Israel Well, [73:31] and in this particular concert, he sung [73:34] one of his famous songs called God's [73:36] Love. And the words of the whole song [73:38] are incredible. [73:40] Absolutely amazing. I'm not going to [73:42] mention those today, but the chorus was [73:46] what it seems to be becoming a mantra [73:48] here in Israel by a lot of these music [73:51] artists sung in with our soldiers at the [73:54] bases in synagogues of course. And [73:57] that's what we and we sing it here a lot [73:59] as well. [74:02] lev [74:04] and he had this I don't know it must [74:08] have been a couple of thousand Israelis [74:11] I presume they were all either secular [74:14] religious or atheists and they were [74:17] singing the camera was spanning around [74:19] everybody of all ages and people were [74:22] looking up they had their hands like [74:24] this on their hearts and they're singing [74:26] Adonai me with all their hearts Now [74:29] whether they believe or not the fact is [74:32] there's life and death in the power of [74:34] our tongue. And we either speak death or [74:37] we speak life. And in this case they [74:39] were speaking life but they were also [74:41] making a declaration [74:43] of who their God is, who he will be, who [74:46] he was. It was an incredible [74:50] sight to see. So the waters, the [74:55] fountains are starting to get broken up. [74:58] the systems are starting to be put back [75:02] together so that they can receive the [75:04] living waters and then to bring it back [75:07] out again. But this young man is being [75:09] used by God, I believe, uh, until he [75:12] himself has a revelation of who our [75:14] Messiah is, to [75:17] try and help our people turn back to God [75:21] in some way to continue to trust, hope, [75:26] uh, receive some healing and some [75:29] strength because we all know what's [75:31] ahead in our days here in Israel. So [75:33] Aba, we thank you that in a you have [75:37] started a spiritual awakening. You have [75:39] stirred the waters of the spirits and [75:42] the wells of our people [75:45] and that is increasing. [75:48] You are in our midst.
