A judge dismissed one lawsuit. He did not dismiss the reality of antisemitism. On @FoxNews @fox5dc with Guy Lambert , I broke down what the Harvard ruling actually means. The court found that one particular lawsuit did not sufficiently establish an ongoing Title VI violation. That is not the same as saying Jewish students did not face antisemitism on campus. The principle is simple: I don’t want special protection for Jewish students. I want equal protection. Yes, a person can criticize a government and its policies. That’s free speech. But excluding, intimidating, or targeting Jews because they believe Israel has a right to exist crosses into a civil-rights issue. Are universities protecting Jewish students by the same standards they demand for every other minority?
