Transcript [00:00] What was wrong with the laptop that you [00:01] needed to go get it serviced? [00:02] >> Yeah, [laughter] [00:04] exactly right. Exactly right. I don't [00:07] know. And that's the thing. He doesn't [00:09] have I I have no I have no recollection [00:11] of ever dropping a laptop off at a [00:13] repair shop. And not only that, [00:16] >> do you know that that that he's legally [00:18] blind? [00:18] >> A laptop repair shop owner. He literally [00:21] legally blind. [00:22] >> Wait. So who takes their laptop to be [00:24] repaired by a blind man? And and not [00:26] only that is that the that he had [00:28] supposedly security cameras. I believe [00:30] that's true. And um but that that uh day [00:34] that supposedly there he did not have [00:36] any security camp as a that that proved [00:39] that it was me in any way. But here's [00:41] the thing. Forget about whether that's [00:42] that that story is that I dropped it off [00:44] or not. Okay? I always say to everybody [00:46] just assume that everything Fox News [00:48] ever told you or um uh or that the New [00:52] York Post ever wrote about me was true. [00:55] Okay. [00:55] >> Okay. [00:57] The fact of the matter is is that so [00:59] Okay. So, what about the laptop? [01:03] Now, I'm asking you, everybody thinks [01:05] it's some proof of a crime. Tell me [01:07] what. Tell me. [01:07] >> I don't know. What was the crime? [01:09] >> Well, everybody's had literally [01:12] years and years of of it. No, [01:14] >> I mean, you're synonymous with a laptop. [01:16] >> Yeah. No, I'm saying though, like, okay, [01:18] so laptop. [01:19] >> So, here's the only crime that I know of [01:21] the laptop. If it was dropped off to a [01:24] laptop repair shop owner, he has about [01:26] as much right to hand it over to my [01:28] worst enemies as if I um as if it was [01:31] stolen out of the trunk of my car. [01:33] >> What right does he have? [01:34] >> What right does anybody have to take [01:36] somebody's 20 years of someone's digital [01:38] life? And by the way, it obviously all [01:40] did not come from a laptop. [01:43] There are thousands or 20 gigabytes, [01:46] terabytes or whatever. it I I mean it [01:48] the the uh the chain of evidence shows [01:52] that it is literally comes from an [01:54] iPhone, an iPad, an iCloud. [01:56] >> But you did have counter you did have [01:58] counter suits as to that your uh [02:02] >> that you were [02:03] >> what do you call hacked? [02:05] >> Oh yeah% you dropped all those suits. [02:08] >> Yeah, because I didn't have any money. [02:09] You have to that that's the thing about [02:10] litigation and I'm I I don't know if you [02:13] have ever had the pleasure. [02:16] But unless somebody takes some of these [02:19] cases on contingency, it's not like the [02:21] laptop repair shop owner has any money [02:23] to be able to take from him. Um uh I [02:25] assume [02:26] >> But aren't you contending that the [02:27] laptop repair owner was [02:30] >> was Yes. Is No, no, no. Here's what I'm [02:33] contending. I'm contending this is that [02:36] regardless of where the material came [02:37] from, it was a hack. And what I say to [02:39] everybody, it's like, "Hand me your [02:41] phone. You think it's okay to do that to [02:43] somebody? You think it's okay if you [02:45] were to take your iPhone to get a new [02:48] one and you handed the old one back to [02:50] them and the person that you handed it [02:52] to handed it to your worst enemy who [02:56] happens to also uh you know uh have a [02:59] relationship with the um uh with the [03:02] producer at uh the the Fox News and New [03:05] York Post. And by the way, literally [03:07] like for someone like you, okay, no [03:10] matter where you left that, does someone [03:12] have the right to to give it to the [03:14] Daily Mail? [03:14] >> No. I would imagine at this point you [03:16] would never even if your phone screwed [03:18] up, you wouldn't go take it anywhere. [03:20] >> No, of course not. Not anymore. But my [03:22] you know what? I don't give a now. [03:24] You know, [03:24] >> I'm lit. Not I I could care less. I [03:27] mean, now you can go through my phone at [03:29] all you want. I I I um um there's no uh [03:33] naked pictures of me in in a motel room, [03:36] you know, smoking crack. But I really [03:38] mean it is the point that is kind of [03:41] lost in all of this as it relates to, [03:43] you know, the laptop. And the reason why [03:46] I've kind of tried to reclaim that is [03:48] this is that I have I have no shame over [03:50] it. [snorts] the laptop. The contents of [03:53] the laptop other than prove that I was a [03:56] degenerate crack addict are also uh [03:59] prove that literally there's you don't [04:02] there's not a single email out of 22 [04:05] years of all every single one of my [04:08] emails deleted or otherwise every single [04:10] text message every single voicemail [04:14] that ever was left for me not a single [04:17] one from 20 years of digital information [04:19] my entire digital footprint and picture [04:21] that shows me ever asking my dad to do [04:24] something on behalf of someone that I'm [04:26] getting paid by or any criminal activity [04:29] on my part in which I'm doing something [04:31] criminal other than smoking crack. [04:33] That's it. That's what it proves. So [04:35] when they say Hunter Biden's laptop, the [04:37] laptop from hell, it's like the only [04:39] hell that it represents is the one that [04:42] I put myself in through my own [04:44] addiction. That's the only hell of it. [04:46] Here's what the other side of it shows [04:48] though is that can you imagine if I was [04:51] a woman and they did that to me? Can you [04:53] imagine if that was Ivanka Trump? [04:55] Because I will tell you this, I don't [04:57] know anyone I don't know anyone [05:01] that would hand me their phone and a um [05:05] and and their password and say, "Have at [05:09] it." a life [05:12] uh a life boiled down to whatever you [05:15] want to take out of context or whatever [05:17] that you want to to uh to be able to um [05:21] to promote your own narrative is not a [05:23] life at all and we all know it. We all [05:26] live in fear of being hacked. Um we all [05:29] know the stories of the kid that um you [05:32] know went to the party and got drunk and [05:34] passed out and they took pictures of her [05:36] and the next day they passed them all [05:37] around school. We all know about the, [05:40] you know, in our own lives, we all know [05:42] about that email that went to the wrong [05:44] list and it said that said that thing [05:46] that was an off-color joke and it ended [05:48] up getting, you know, so and so fired. [05:50] We all know these things, [05:52] >> but when it applied to me in the [05:54] political sense and because of the fact [05:56] that they conflated my drug use and the [05:58] humiliation of that with a fictional um [06:02] Biden crime family, it became this other [06:06] thing and it just never died. And you [06:09] know, I'm telling you, it is um I I I [06:14] woke up from uh that kind of um on on [06:17] the day after Rud Giuliani um walked to [06:21] the uh or uh uh the story broke in the [06:26] New York Post, right? Allah Giuliani and [06:28] Bandon. [06:31] And that next morning, I don't know if I [06:34] slept the night before, [06:36] but [06:38] if I was ever going to relapse, [06:40] >> that would have been that moment [06:42] >> because it is a complete and and and [06:46] total [06:48] uh void opens up in you because you [06:52] don't know what's coming next. But you [06:54] know this is that your whole life [06:58] as represented by every artifact that [07:01] you have digitally preserved is all of a [07:03] sudden in the hands of people that would [07:06] like to see you dead.
