Transcript [00:00] So, if you've been watching my channel [00:01] for any length of time, you know that I [00:03] am a frequent guest on the Aaron Mulland [00:06] show on Aaron Mullan's YouTube channel. [00:08] Aaron and I are very good friends. I've [00:10] also interviewed her on my podcast. [00:12] Well, Aaron is in Israel right now [00:14] visiting from Australia. If you don't [00:15] know who she is, she was an anchor of a [00:19] news program on uh on a prime time news [00:21] program on Sky News Australia before [00:23] October 7th. October 7th, not a Jewish [00:27] uh woman. [00:29] and uh but after after October 7th, she [00:31] was so impacted by what happened there [00:33] and the what she saw as such a clear [00:36] battle between good and evil and uh and [00:39] you know was calling out how the so much [00:41] of the world was getting it wrong that [00:43] she she eventually left Sky News [00:45] Australia and has really uh launched her [00:47] own uh her own show and her own [00:49] platforms and uh she's on YouTube and [00:51] she is a very important voice a [00:53] non-Jewish voice in Australia seeing [00:56] clearly and talking about what's going [00:57] on in Israel and she's in Israel [00:59] currently visiting and she uh she was [01:03] interviewed today on channel 14, Hebrew [01:06] language channel 14, cable news in [01:08] Israel. Obviously the interview was in [01:09] English and even though I know Aaron [01:12] well and I've listened to her talk many [01:13] times, this interview was so powerful [01:16] and said so many um so many important [01:20] things that I want to I want to talk [01:22] about. I want to drill down on a couple [01:24] of them that I want to play the [01:25] interview. And uh here we I just think [01:28] it's very powerful. I thought it was [01:29] very inspirational. So, I'll stop at a [01:31] couple points and make comments, but the [01:32] main thing is I wanted you to see it. [01:33] Here we go. [01:34] >> Earlier today, you visited the Gaza [01:36] Strip facing the reality on the ground [01:38] with the vital importance of securing [01:41] our borders. Can you tell me why you saw [01:44] there today? [01:46] >> Absolutely. I think you can watch a [01:48] whole heap of videos, you can read, you [01:51] can listen, but until you see with your [01:54] own eyes, I think it's very hard to [01:56] comprehend. [01:57] just how close it is to where everyday [02:00] Israelis live. And when we went in, [02:04] driving along the same roads that [02:07] hostages were taken into Gaza on was [02:11] such an eerie feeling. And this is a [02:13] tunnel that was only discovered 8 months [02:15] ago, hundreds of meters, less than a [02:18] kilometer [02:19] from the border with Israel, where there [02:22] are universities, kabuts, schools, [02:24] children, innocent people. And this [02:26] isn't a tunnel where they protect their [02:29] women and children. This is a terror [02:31] tunnel where the cowards Hamas hide, [02:35] where they launch their weapons from, [02:37] where they plan their assaults from to [02:40] rape, murder, burn people alive. And I [02:44] stood in there and I stood in the rooms [02:46] and I walked where they walked. And I [02:49] tell you what, all the people around the [02:51] world who try to pretend like they are [02:54] on the side of good and Israel is on the [02:55] side of evil needs to come and see for [02:58] themselves. It was it was uh horrific [03:01] but also important to witness I think [03:04] with my own eyes. [03:06] Yeah. This is Israel's week of [03:08] remembrance for October 7th. After [03:11] everything you've seen and experienced [03:13] here this week, is there something that [03:16] affected you the most? [03:18] I think for me I'm constantly blown away [03:22] by the resilience of your people, by [03:26] their sheer will to survive. It breaks [03:28] my heart that it should be something [03:30] that your people feel the need to thank [03:32] me for. It should be something that [03:33] every single human being in the world [03:36] does. October 7 was one of the most [03:38] horrific things I've watched every [03:40] second of that vision. Every second. And [03:44] when I see people like Angelina Jolie [03:46] posting a couple of days ago saying, [03:48] "Google Maps show Gaza then, Gaza now. [03:51] This is awful. How evil Israel are." [03:53] Well, I'm sorry, Angelina, but Google [03:55] Maps doesn't show what happened on [03:57] October 7, and it doesn't show the [03:58] terror tunnels underneath. Israel did [04:01] not go into Gaza for revenge. They had [04:05] murdered 1,200 people. They had taken [04:07] hostages, including babies. And the [04:09] first second they got, they said they [04:12] will repeat the atrocities. [04:14] You need to come here and see so you [04:16] understand. And every person should care [04:18] about little babies in Gaza. Absolutely. [04:21] But if you can't identify who their [04:23] enemy is, their enemy is Hamas. You will [04:25] never help them. So I stand proudly [04:28] alongside the people of Israel, the [04:30] Jewish people around the world. It is [04:32] the right side of history. It is lonely. [04:34] Absolutely. It is hard, but it is right. [04:37] And that is what strikes me every time I [04:39] come here. I see the people and I think [04:42] this is what I fight for. This [04:44] represents the best of humanity. Those [04:47] evil scumbags represent the worst. [04:50] >> Amazing. You've made it your mission. [04:54] >> Okay. Before I go on with that, [04:57] um I want to make I want to make some [04:58] comments about what she said. But before [05:00] I make those comments, let me first uh [05:03] tell you about an interesting [05:04] opportunity, a great program we had the [05:06] other night. We had a Knesset elections [05:07] town hall in English in Jerusalem for [05:09] the English speaking community here in [05:11] Israel and we filled the Vaniman [05:15] Heritage Center main theater and it was [05:18] a packed house sold out and we had [05:20] candidates on the Knessed lists of 10 [05:22] different parties in Israel who each [05:24] laid out their case, answered tough [05:25] questions. It was a great evening. It [05:28] ended with everyone singing Hatikva [05:29] together. Uh it was a really great [05:31] evening and uh a lot of people are [05:33] saying that they learned a lot about uh [05:35] about what the different parties have to [05:36] say. It was a fun evening as well. If [05:38] you want to watch this this Knesset town [05:40] hall, you can uh click the link in the [05:43] description of this video [05:44] israel365.com/occtober [05:46] 4th October number4th [05:50] and uh we will send you a link where [05:53] we'll send you a copy of the full event [05:55] that you could watch for yourself. Okay? [05:57] Okay. So, go ahead and click that link [05:58] and you can watch the Knesset elections [06:00] town hall. Okay. Um, so Aaron and what [06:06] she's saying here, look, [06:09] the the simplicity with which she puts [06:12] it, there's good and there's evil and [06:15] showing that tunnel at the beginning. [06:18] You know, think about that. This is a [06:21] the amount of construction [06:23] uh you know engineering [06:26] resources the the public works project [06:29] that went into building those tunnels in [06:30] order to rape pillillage murder in order [06:33] to carry out terrorist attacks against [06:35] Israel. And what she said there about [06:37] Angelina Jolie showing like you know the [06:39] aerial view of Gaza and all the [06:40] buildings destroyed and oh it's a [06:42] genocide. The buildings were destroyed [06:44] because that those tunnels run under [06:47] every residential area. [06:49] And soldiers who were in Gaza will tell [06:52] you that going house to house and doing [06:55] searches, every single home has weapons [07:00] in it, has terrorist literature, [07:04] weapons store either used to launch [07:06] attacks from or to store weapons there. [07:08] Pretty much every house. This is an [07:10] entire society whose entire [07:13] culture became about murdering Jews and [07:16] destroying the the state of Israel. [07:19] That that became the focus of the [07:21] society. Now, what do you do with that? [07:22] How do you deprogram them? This isn't a [07:25] situation like like in Lebanon where the [07:27] Lebanese people don't want there. It's [07:29] not like Iran where the Iranian people [07:31] by and large or the majority of them [07:33] don't want the regime there. in Gaza. [07:37] Still today, a majority of the people in [07:38] Gaza [07:40] uh praise what Hamas did on October 7th [07:42] and view it as a glorious day that they [07:44] want to repeat. That is true. Polling [07:45] shows that. I've talked about the [07:47] polling out of Gaza many times on this [07:49] channel. [07:51] And that's where the clarity has to set [07:53] in this. There is there is good and [07:55] there's evil. And it's so clear. And [07:57] that's what Aaron that clarity that that [08:00] simple clarity is what Aeron's bringing [08:01] to the table here. But she has more to [08:03] say. I found the I found this the this [08:05] last part of the interview, the next few [08:06] minutes to be really the most uh [08:08] inspirational of it [08:10] >> to tell Israel's story to the world when [08:13] Israel is facing massive wellfunded [08:16] anti-Israel campaign online. How do you [08:19] fight back? How do you battle for the [08:22] truth? [08:24] >> It's a great question. For me, emotion [08:27] is everything. I'm an emotional person. [08:30] There are other people in this space who [08:32] can recite history like they're a [08:34] textbook. That's not me. What I like to [08:37] do is tell the truth in a way that [08:38] people can relate to. I will talk down [08:41] the camera. I won't talk at you unless [08:44] you're scum and then I will talk at you. [08:46] But for the most part, for the people in [08:47] the middle, the people I'm trying to [08:49] show the truth to are not malicious, but [08:52] they have been overwhelmed with [08:53] propaganda. So what I want to say to [08:55] them is imagine if it was you. Imagine [08:57] if it was your child. Imagine if you [09:00] lived here and this was on your [09:02] doorstep. I got one message from a man [09:05] who works in a mine in Western [09:07] Australia, not Israeli, not Jewish, not [09:09] connected to anything, and he said to [09:11] me, and this is what I think about often [09:12] when it feels hard. He said, Eron, I've [09:16] just watched one of your videos, and [09:17] remember this is just an Australian [09:19] bloke with no connection. He said, "My [09:21] morals and my values have not changed, [09:24] but the side I now realize they align [09:26] with has. Thank you." And that to me is [09:29] bigger than Donald Trump posted my work [09:32] a couple of days ago. The email from the [09:34] bloke in Australia, the father who's not [09:36] connected, means more to me because that [09:38] is my work. It's getting those people to [09:41] see Israel and the Jewish people for who [09:43] and what they are and for what they [09:45] stand for and the evil that they are [09:46] fighting. By the way, though, I was very [09:48] grateful that the president did post my [09:50] work. But yeah, it's it's something I'll [09:53] continue to do now for the rest of my [09:54] life. [09:56] >> Erin Mullen, thank you. so much for your [09:58] great work. We salute you. We thank you [10:01] for this interview. [10:03] >> Bless you and thank you for all that you [10:05] do as well. And I'm so sorry that you [10:07] continue to go through this. But I tell [10:09] you what, the golden age is coming. I [10:12] know that. [10:12] >> Just terrific. Just Aaron's great. Love [10:16] Aaron. She's she's an awesome person. [10:18] She's a wonderful person. She's as [10:19] genuine as as you see her there. She's [10:22] she's a dear friend. You know that story [10:25] that she told about this guy, this [10:28] miner, this guy works in a mine in [10:30] Australia somewhere who just watched one [10:33] of Aaron's videos and said, "My values [10:35] haven't changed, but which side I'm on [10:39] with those values is what I've learned [10:41] from you." In other words, she's [10:43] preaching a very basic message about [10:45] this whole thing. She's not, you know, [10:46] there's the weeds of the politics and [10:47] she certainly discusses that stuff on [10:49] her channel. That's part of why she has [10:50] me, people like me on talk about these [10:52] things. [10:54] But she has a very basic message. [10:57] Look who is trying to murder and rape [11:01] and destroy [11:03] and look who is trying to preserve life [11:06] and defeat evil. [11:08] And there there's good and there's evil. [11:09] That's where you have clarity. Look, [11:11] that's [11:12] believing in actual objective [11:16] definitions of good and evil. [11:19] I it seems to be the most basic thing in [11:21] the world to have the clarity to be able [11:24] to to identify when you look at the [11:26] events of October 7th for example and be [11:27] able to say this is clearly evil. [11:31] This is clearly a a society that has [11:33] embraced evil. To be able to do that [11:37] sadly is now viewed as some sort of [11:39] courageous stance. But it is. And that's [11:41] where Aaron is. You know, Aaron is [11:43] someone who has and she sacrificed a [11:46] lot. Like I said, she was the anchor of [11:48] a prime time show [11:50] named after her, like one of these one [11:52] nine, you know, one of these shows where [11:53] like, you know, you're you're a big [11:54] enough celebrity that you have a show [11:55] named after you, Aaron. She was on Sky [11:58] News Australia, a major cable cable news [12:01] network. [12:03] And she decided that she was going to [12:06] focus on defending the truth and [12:09] defending the Jewish people who were [12:10] under attack when others were not [12:12] willing to do so. Paid a price for it. [12:16] She's a hero. She doesn't see herself as [12:18] a hero, but she's a hero. Aaron Mullan's [12:21] a hero. And uh just the way she put it, [12:24] I thought I thought the passion what she [12:26] was saying and the simple way that she [12:28] put it. Take a look at these terror [12:30] tunnels. Who are they building them for? [12:31] Like she said at the beginning, they [12:33] didn't build them to protect their [12:34] civilians, to protect their kamas didn't [12:35] build them to protect their own [12:36] families. Oh, no, no, no. Those [12:38] civilians aren't even allowed under [12:40] there. That is for the terrorists [12:42] themselves to shelter themselves, to [12:44] carry out their attacks, to store [12:45] hostages when they take them. [12:49] That's what they're devoted to. And [12:50] every building destroyed in Gaza was [12:51] destroyed because it was used as it was [12:54] a legitimate military target. Any any [12:56] civilian building, let's go, let's let's [12:59] take the opportunity to just review the [13:00] law. [13:02] any civilian uh building that is used [13:06] for military purposes that is that [13:08] that's what it means when you say that [13:10] it it is militarized any civilian [13:12] building a house that is used for [13:15] military purposes storing weapons [13:17] launching attacks from it [13:19] that site ceases to be a civilian site [13:24] it becomes a legitimate military target [13:27] and the destruction of that target the [13:29] hitting of that target becomes [13:30] legitimate and according According to [13:31] the Geneva Conventions, any civilian [13:33] casualties that result from the hitting [13:35] of such a target are the responsibility [13:38] of the side that militarized the target. [13:42] So yeah, of course, it's a tragedy that [13:44] Gaza so destroyed. [13:47] But don't point the finger of blame at [13:48] Israel. [13:50] That's an inversion of basic good and [13:52] evil. That's the clarity that Aaron has. [13:55] You know, God bless her for what she's [13:56] doing. I hope she continues to do it for [13:57] many years. And uh yeah, that's what I [14:00] wanted to share with you today. It's [14:01] very inspiring. You know, as as Jews in [14:03] Israel, we don't there's so many people [14:04] who are against us. When we have these [14:06] people who are on our side who just see [14:07] things clearly, it's um we show our [14:10] gratitude. That's first of all, as a [14:12] people, we do show our gratitude. [14:14] There's uh you know, we thank people [14:16] like this publicly like in that [14:18] interview. [14:20] But it's also very uh it's very [14:22] refreshing. And there's a uh you know [14:24] the Bible says that uh you know God says [14:28] I'll bless those who bless you. I'll [14:29] curse those who curse you. And that's [14:30] not just about reward and punishment. [14:32] It's about [14:34] in the end of the day there's a what you [14:37] when you look at the nation of Israel [14:39] when you look at the Jewish people look [14:41] around the world it's a test for the [14:43] nations. You're either going to see them [14:44] in bless or you're going to see them in [14:46] curse. It's just the way it goes. Very [14:50] polarizing right? Everyone's got an [14:51] opinion about the Jews. [14:55] So which are, you know, which side are [14:57] you on? Are you are you the kind that [14:58] blesses the Jews, sees clearly what's [15:01] good, what's evil? [15:04] The Jews are always pursued by the you [15:06] the most evil actors in the world, [15:07] right? Isn't that something? It's a good [15:09] side of history to be on. Clamas wants [15:12] to destroy us. Hitler wanted to destroy [15:14] us. It's great. All the worst operators [15:17] who ever lived always wanted to destroy [15:18] the Jews. The communists in Russia, [15:22] Soviet Russia, wanted to destroy Jews. [15:23] Judaism. [15:26] That's the side I want to be on. I want [15:28] the most evil actors in the world to [15:29] always want to destroy me. I think [15:32] that's a I think that's a good litmus [15:33] test if you're on the right side of [15:34] things. And Aaron Mulan's on the right [15:36] side of things. Thanks for watching. God [15:39] bless.
