This is the queen bee.

So, in each box [music] we have 10,000

bees. Each downstairs has a queen bee.

>> Yeah, at the moment we got 16 boxes,

160,000 [music]

bees.

>> I'm going to open one of the boxes and

look inside and see how honey is made.

>> This is a frame. We got about between

eight to 10 frames [music] in each

floor.

The frames are to contain the the eggs

and to contain the the honey and the
[00:40]
pollen as well. Show you something. You

desert that we got it's the tamarisk

one. [music] We don't have a lot of it

as well and it comes out only in a small
[01:23]
period of time a year.

And we try [music] to harvest as much as
[01:26]
we can.

>> I don't think I've ever tasted anything

like that.
