Let's make blueberry corn muffins. Okay,

this is one cup of whatever flour you

want to use, and then 1 cup of corn
[00:07]
flour, half a cup of natural sugar. All
[00:11]
right, then a half a cup of Greek
[00:13]
yogurt, a little salt, and 3/4 of
[00:15]
teaspoon of baking soda,
[00:18]
3 tablespoons of soft butter, and one
[00:20]
beaten egg.
[00:23]
One cup of milk. I use almond. One cup
[00:26]
of blueberries. I use frozen, but
[00:28]
whatever you have. I just put a little
[00:30]
vanilla in everything.

It's my gorgeous carowway pan. You don't

even need to use muffin liners, but I
[00:38]
just like them cuz I wrap them for my
[00:40]
daughter for school. All right, guys.
