Transcript [00:00] Yesterday at the UN, I believe you saw [00:02] prophecy beginning to be fulfilled. The [00:05] world turned its back on Israel, [00:09] half almost half of the United Nations [00:12] assembly walked out with Benjamin [00:14] Netanyahu. [00:16] He came up and it was a mass exodus. Now [00:19] think of that. Think of that. [00:21] Palestinians get up, almost everybody [00:22] stays. The uh Iranians get up, almost [00:25] everybody stays. Benjamin Netanyahu gets [00:28] up and half half the world leaves the [00:31] room, literally turning their back on [00:34] Israel. You're seeing prophecy. Things [00:36] are happening. Things are happening. [00:38] They're coming faster and faster and [00:41] faster. [00:46] I I I want to talk to you here about why [00:51] this matters. Why this matters. You [00:53] don't have to agree with the war. You [00:54] don't have to agree with Benjamin [00:56] Netanyahu or even like him. But that's [00:59] not what's happening here. [01:01] The world is choosing [01:04] to side with people who are terrorist [01:08] murderers and rapists [01:11] over the Jew. [01:14] Mmore, [01:16] what a dirt bag that guy is. More he's [01:19] announced a Palestinian tour, free [01:22] Palestine tour. You don't put a tour [01:24] together this quickly. He did this [01:27] intentionally. He went on stage and set [01:31] the world on fire so then he could say, [01:33] "I'm out and everybody else should walk [01:35] and make it into a really big deal so [01:38] next week I can announce a world tour." [01:41] You don't put a world tour together in a [01:43] week and a half. What a dirt bag. You [01:47] know, I said the other day, the world, [01:49] all the world is but a stage. [01:52] You're just watching a show. So, let me [01:54] talk to you about something real. [01:57] Anti-semitism is not a stain on the [01:59] American house. It is a demolition order [02:02] on the foundation [02:04] signed by somebody who's standing in the [02:06] living room. These countries will not [02:09] survive this. [02:12] Let me take you to a room in [02:13] Philadelphia, July 1776. Congress has [02:16] just uh voted independence and it [02:18] appoints three men to design a seal for [02:21] the United States of America. Franklin, [02:24] Adams, and Jefferson. Adams proposes [02:27] Hercules. [02:29] Franklin proposes Moses with his hand [02:32] over the sea and Pharaoh's chariot going [02:35] under and the motto rebellion to tyrants [02:37] is obedience to God. [02:40] Jefferson proposes the children of [02:42] Israel in the wilderness led by a cloud [02:45] by day and a pillar of fire by night. [02:47] Look at that. Franklin was a deist. [02:51] Jefferson later took a razor to his own [02:53] Bible and cut out the parts he didn't [02:55] believe. The two least Orthodox men in [02:58] that room both reached for the Exodus, [03:01] not Athens, not the Roman Senate. [03:04] Jefferson likes Frank for like [03:06] Franklin's motto so much. He put it on [03:08] his personal seal and used it for the [03:09] rest of his life. And they weren't being [03:12] devout. [03:14] They were just reaching for the only [03:15] story that anybody had ever explained [03:18] that that had happened that anybody [03:20] could understand what they just did. A [03:22] people walking out from underneath a [03:25] king lawfully because there was an [03:27] authority higher than the king. The idea [03:31] has one address and it's not Greek. It's [03:34] not Rome. Rome didn't have a law above [03:37] the emperor. The emperor was the law. [03:39] But Deuteronomy [03:41] tells the king he may not multiply [03:43] horses or wives or silvers. He, you [03:46] know, he has to write out a copy of the [03:48] law in his own hand and read it every [03:51] day of his life. [03:53] So his heart is not lifted above his [03:56] brethren. a written law that binds the [04:00] ruler, the king, [04:02] and the king has to copy it himself. [04:06] That's our whole system. And we didn't [04:08] write it. We didn't write it at all. Let [04:11] me take you to August 1790. Washington [04:14] is president. He's touring Rhode Island. [04:16] He stops in Newport. The town turns out, [04:19] politicians, merchants, clergy, all of [04:22] them reading him letters of welcome. One [04:25] of the men waiting is a guy named Moses. [04:28] Moses Sexius. I think he's the warden of [04:32] the little Jewish congregation there. [04:34] About 300 Jews in the whole town. People [04:37] who, as he put it, had until recently [04:40] been deprived of their rights as free [04:41] citizens everywhere they had lived. [04:46] So [04:48] he reads Washington a line. [04:51] He says his people now have now behold a [04:54] government in which bigotry gives no [04:58] sanction [04:59] and to persecution no assistance. [05:05] Washington decides to write back. He [05:07] takes that line [05:09] and he uses the warden's own words. A [05:12] government which gives to bigotry no [05:14] sanction to persecution no assistance. [05:17] That sentence now is on plaques. It's in [05:19] textbooks. It gets read aloud at that [05:22] synagogue every year. And it is, I [05:24] think, the finest short description of [05:27] America ever written. [05:29] And it was a Jewish congregation that [05:31] wrote it. And the president quoted it [05:32] back. And then Washington puts the part [05:34] I just love. He writes that toleration [05:38] is no longer the word because [05:41] toleration, listen to this, toleration [05:44] implies one class of people indulging [05:47] another in rights that were really never [05:50] theirs to hand out. Then he closes by [05:53] looking ahead to a day where he says, "A [05:55] man can sit safely under his own vine [05:57] and his own fig tree, and none shall be [05:59] made afraid." That's Micah, Hebrew [06:02] prophet, 700 years before Christ. [06:06] It was Washington's favorite line in the [06:08] whole world. He used it in letters [06:10] dozens of times for decades whenever he [06:12] described the country that he wanted [06:14] that everybody could sit under their own [06:16] vine and fig tree [06:18] without fear. [06:21] Are we doing that now? [06:24] So the first president of the United [06:25] States answers the Jews of Newport by [06:27] borrowing their sentence and finishing [06:29] with their profit. That's not a nice [06:32] story about tolerance. That's a [06:34] loadbearing wall. You pull the Hebrew [06:37] scriptures out of the American founding [06:39] and you don't get a slightly different [06:41] country. You get no covenant. You get no [06:44] written constitution as a thing that [06:46] brings people into being by signing it. [06:50] You get no law above the lawmakers. No [06:53] rights that the legislature can't repeal [06:55] on a Tuesday. [06:57] You get a well-run colony, but you don't [06:59] get a founding. [07:03] You know, Paul saw this coming. Romans [07:05] 11, he saw this coming. He's writing to [07:08] the Gentiles in uh Gentile Christians in [07:11] Rome. [07:13] Some of them have started to start [07:14] feeling superior about themselves. And [07:17] he uses a tree. Israel is the olive [07:20] tree. You are a wild branch grafted in. [07:23] And then he says, "Don't boast against [07:26] the branches because you don't support [07:29] the root. The root supports you. So [07:33] Gentiles, he says, knock it off. [07:38] Every name in your faith comes off that [07:41] tree. [07:43] Mary was a Jewish girl. The twel [07:45] apostles were Jews. Paul was a Pharisee. [07:49] The man at the center of it was a Jewish [07:50] carpenter who kept the feast, read the [07:53] scroll in the synagogue, and never once [07:55] stopped being what he what he was Jewish [07:59] when he was born. He was Jewish. Isaiah [08:01] writes about the stone laid in Zion, [08:03] tested, precious, a sure foundation, and [08:06] the one who trust it will not be shaken. [08:09] Peter and Paul both grabbed that verse [08:11] and put Christ into it. That's where the [08:13] word cornerstone, you go to the [08:15] cornerstone church, that's where it [08:17] comes from. In your hymns and your [08:18] names, everything you've ever heard, it [08:20] comes from there. You can't hate the [08:23] quarry and keep the cornerstone. [08:29] Hello. [08:32] This is not academic. This is urgent. [08:34] This is not arriving from the left only. [08:38] It's coming through our own front door. [08:40] Young men online. the ironic version [08:43] first, then the sincere version, and the [08:45] questions that aren't questions and the [08:47] maps of who owns what. I've watched I've [08:50] watched it move from anonymous accounts [08:52] to people with their names on the screen [08:54] to people that I've known who I thought [08:56] were sane in about 18 months. It's in [08:59] our house and it's ours to clean. And [09:01] I'd rather say it plainly than pretend [09:03] it's somebody else's problem because [09:04] it's not somebody else's problem. This [09:06] is all of our problem. And I'm telling [09:07] you, you watched prophecy, the whole [09:12] world turning its back on Benjamin [09:14] Netanyahu and the Jewish people and [09:17] walking out. What do you think that [09:19] leads to? If this isn't stopped, what do [09:21] you think that leads to? [09:25] You know, this is the only time that [09:26] people have ever What George Washington [09:28] was saying to the to the Jews in Newport [09:31] was, I get it. You've never had a [09:34] homeland of your own where you could do [09:36] what you want, where you were in [09:38] control, where you weren't abused, where [09:41] you weren't told to sit up, sit down and [09:43] shut up, where you weren't blamed for [09:45] everything. Do you know why Jews You [09:47] know why Jews are good with money? [09:49] Because that was the only thing they [09:51] could do. They were barred from every [09:54] other business. So yeah, when you've got [09:57] thousands of years where everybody's [09:59] chasing you out and you can only do four [10:01] things, guess what? You get good at [10:04] those four things. You know why they run [10:06] H run Hollywood or everybody says they [10:08] run Hollywood? You know why they're so [10:12] big in Hollywood and always have been? [10:15] Because that was an industry they [10:17] weren't blocked from. So they created it [10:22] because they were chased out of [10:23] everything else. Let let me ask you [10:25] this. Why are conservatives you so good [10:28] on the internet? Why are we so good with [10:30] podcasts and everything else? Because we [10:33] were chased out of mainstream media. [10:36] It's the same. You know, conservatives, [10:38] they run the the podcasting world. They [10:42] run the internet. No, we don't. We're [10:45] better at it because you wouldn't let us [10:47] do anything else. [10:51] Now, criticizing the government of [10:52] Israel is not anti-semitism. arguing [10:54] about aid strategy. Benjamin Netanyah [10:57] that's all foreign policy. Israel's [10:59] Israel, my gosh, have you ever been in a [11:01] room with people from Israel, they argue [11:03] more viciously than we do. So, you know, [11:06] fine. But being frustrated that you [11:08] can't afford a house while Washington [11:10] writes the checks overseas, that's not [11:12] bigotry either. That's arithmetic. [11:15] And honestly, nobody's answered any of [11:17] those questions. And they should. A lot [11:19] of these young men were told for years [11:21] that they were they were the problem. [11:23] every room they walked into, you're the [11:25] problem. And they came out the other [11:27] side looking for somebody to blame. And [11:28] there's always somebody ready with a [11:30] list. All of that's real. But here's [11:33] where we go wrong. The moment you stop [11:35] naming a policy and you start naming [11:37] people, and I don't care if it's the [11:39] Jewish people, black people, white [11:42] people, whatever it is, [11:45] you've stopped making an argument and [11:47] you've started taking inventory. [11:51] Every society that has done this has [11:53] believed it was solving a problem. And [11:56] not, look it up, not one has ever come [12:00] out the other side stronger. And many of [12:04] them don't come out the other side. [12:09] Washington's word was the right one. [12:11] Toleration. [12:13] We're tolerating each other now. We're [12:15] tolerating people. And then there's [12:18] while we're saying you got to be you [12:19] know you you can't you know be [12:22] intolerant everybody is being intolerant [12:25] of everybody else. [12:28] Toleration is the wrong idea because [12:30] toleration is something a majority [12:32] grants and therefore can withdraw. I'm [12:35] tolerating him. Who are you to say [12:38] you're tolerate? It's his right to say [12:40] those things to be that person. [12:44] What he told those 300 people in Newport [12:47] was that their rights were not a gift [12:50] from Washington or anyone else. [12:54] They're from God. And that's the whole [12:56] American claim. And it either applies to [12:59] everybody. Blacks, whites, Hispanics, [13:03] Asians, Jews. [13:05] It has to apply to everyone or it's just [13:09] a permission slip. [13:11] And I want you to know you're next in [13:13] line behind whoever is in front of you. [13:19] So if you're a Christian, you find this [13:20] stuff creeping into your feed, you you [13:24] don't need a seminar. You don't need to [13:26] argue it out. You don't you need one [13:29] sentence. [13:32] You you don't you don't support the [13:34] root. The root supports you. [13:39] And if you're an American, you should [13:41] know that the words that you reach for [13:43] to explain why this country is [13:45] different, the ones about bigotry and [13:47] persecution were handed to a president [13:50] by a Jewish congregation, a little town [13:52] in Rhode Island. And he thought they [13:54] were so good, he used them as their own, [13:56] as his own. And we've been borrowing [13:58] from these people since the day we [14:00] started. [14:03] Did you hear me? Christians, all of us. [14:06] We've been borrowing from these people [14:08] since the day we started. The least we [14:10] can do here is not pretend that we built [14:13] this house by ourselves.
